Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins with the conclusion of the contract (e.g., after order confirmation). To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear declaration (e.g., by email) to:

Effects of Withdrawal

After your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used originally.

If you expressly requested that we begin providing services before the withdrawal period expires and then withdraw from the contract, you must pay us compensation for the services provided up to that point.

Note on the Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely according to legal regulations if:

• You expressly consent at the time of ordering that we may begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires, and
• You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

We obtain this consent and confirmation during the ordering process. You can then use the services immediately, but waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
