Withdrawal Notice

A. Right of Withdrawal for Server Services (contracts for digital services)

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Moritz Möller Workstations, Böhnhusener Weg 11, 24220 Flintbek, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form or the online withdrawal function at computebox.de/legal/withdrawal/form, but this is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will communicate to you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal without undue delay (e.g., by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early commencement of performance and value compensation. If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services provided until the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract (§ 357a BGB).

Expiry of the right of withdrawal. In the case of a contract for a service, your right of withdrawal expires where we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract (§ 356 (4) BGB).

B. Right of Withdrawal for Wallet Top-ups

Right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you also have a right of withdrawal in respect of a top-up of your Wallet credit. You have the right to withdraw from the top-up within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day of the top-up.

Exercise. The information in section A applies accordingly to the exercise of this right (unequivocal statement to [email protected], model withdrawal form, or the online withdrawal function at computebox.de/legal/withdrawal/form).

Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from a top-up, we will refund the credit from that top-up that has not yet been spent at that time. The refund is made to the original payment method. To the extent that you have already spent the credit from the top-up on services, the service is, to that extent, fully performed; to that extent, withdrawal is excluded and the right of withdrawal has expired.

Note. No contractual reversal right for individual top-ups exists beyond this; this is without prejudice to your paid-in credit, which does not expire and is paid out in full upon closure of your customer account (clause 8 of the T&Cs).
